Article summary

Overview

Workflows are codified procedures for the steps to be taken within a Case. Workflow Templates are System-level Workflows that are available to be copied into and used in Organizations. ThreatConnect® provides a set of Workflow Templates via TC Exchange™, and System Administrators may install System-level Workflow Templates. Users and administrators with the requisite permissions may also create Workflows from scratch.

The articles in this category demonstrate how to view and build Workflows on the Workflows tab of the Workflow screen, covering topics such as how to add and configure Tasks and Phases and how to define the Artifacts to be collected. It also describes how to view System-level and TC Exchange Workflow Templates available on the Templates tab of the Workflow screen and copy them into your Organization and how System Administrators can install Workflow Templates in their ThreatConnect instance. See Workflow Overview for a high-level overview of Workflow, including terminology and process flow.
