Overview
Cases metrics, one of the four types of Metric cards that can be displayed on a custom dashboard in ThreatConnect®, provide a graphical representation of nine Workflow Cases metrics: Active Cases, Analyst Workload, False Positives, Mean Time to Detection (MTTD), MTTD Average, Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR), MTTR Average, Top 10 Case Closing Analyst, and Unassigned Cases. This article discusses how to create and configure a Metric dashboard card for each Cases metric.
