Overview

Zscaler Internet Access™ (ZIA)is a cloud-based service security edge (SSE) platform that focuses on stopping advanced attacks and preventing data loss through a comprehensive zero-trust approach. ThreatConnect® offers a Content Pack that enables you to add and remove URLs and Hosts from the ZIA Security Exceptions and Blocked Malicious URLs lists directly from the ThreatConnect platform.

Before You Start

Minimum Role(s)
  • Organization role of Read Only User (for importing Playbook Templates as Playbooks)
  • Organization role of Standard User (for importing, configuring, activating, executing, and modifying Playbooks)
  • System role of Administrator (for installing the Zscaler Internet Access Content Pack on the TC Exchange™ Settings screen)
Prerequisites
  • Playbooks enabled by a System Administrator
  • Zscaler login URL, API key, username, and password
  • Access to a Zscaler instance
