How to Use the Polarity Web Interface
Step 1 - Get your Login Credentials from your Polarity Administrator
You should have received Login Credentials and the Polarity Server’s URL from your Polarity Administrator via email or enterprise messaging.
If you have not, contact your Polarity Administrator or CustomerSuccess@Polarity.IO.
Step 2 - Sign into your account
Navigate to the Polarity Server’s URL using the browser of your choice, and log into your account with the credentials you were provided.
Step 3 - Subscribe to Integrations
Choose the data sources that you want to search by subscribing to Integrations. Your Polarity Administrator installs Integrations and permissions them to Polarity users.
In the top right corner, select the gear icon, and then select "Integrations" from the drop-down menu.
Subscribe to Integrations that connect to data sources you use regularly (or any others that look interesting).
If some Integrations will not allow you to Subscribe, there may be additional settings that require configuration by you or your Polarity Administrator.
Click the “Settings” link to the right of the Integration to check if there is a space for you to enter your credentials or an API key.
Contact your organization’s Polarity Administrator or Polarity Customer Success (CustomerSuccess@Polarity.IO) if you have any issues or questions.
When complete, click on the “Search” link at the top of the page to return to the Polarity Web Search interface.
Step 5 - Perform your First Search
Click into the Search box.
Type “8.8.8.8” and press your “ENTER” key.
If you subscribed to Integrations, data should appear below the Search box.
Did you Get Data Back?
If not, contact your Polarity Administrator or email us at CustomerSuccess@Polarity.IO.
