# Zscaler Internet Access Content Pack Overview

## Overview

Zscaler Internet Access™ (ZIA)is a cloud-based service security edge (SSE) platform that focuses on stopping advanced attacks and preventing data loss through a comprehensive zero-trust approach. ThreatConnect® offers a Content Pack that enables you to add and remove URLs and Hosts from the ZIA **Security Exceptions** and **Blocked Malicious URLs** lists directly from the ThreatConnect platform.

## Before You Start

| Minimum Role(s) | - Organization role of Read Only User (for importing [Playbook Templates](https://knowledge.threatconnect.com/docs/playbook-templates) as [Playbooks](https://knowledge.threatconnect.com/docs/playbooks)) - Organization role of Standard User (for importing, configuring, activating, executing, and modifying Playbooks) - System role of Administrator (for installing the Zscaler Internet Access Content Pack on the **TC Exchange™ Settings** screen) |

| Prerequisites | - Playbooks enabled by a System Administrator - Zscaler login URL, API key, username, and password - Access to a Zscaler instance |
