# Tasks

Here Administrators can permanently delete or restore a soft deleted Annotation Channel.

Non-Administrator Users can only soft delete Channels. Once a Channel has been soft deleted, it will show up in the Tasks page where only an Administrator can permanently delete it.

> [!CAUTION]
> A permanently deleted Channel cannot be restored without a database recovery file.

> If Users were subscribed to a Channel when it was soft deleted, they will be automatically re-subscribed to the Channel if it is restored.
