# Indicator Migration App Configuration Guide

The Indicator Migration application performs a one-time sync of an Indicator from a remote ThreatConnect® instance to a local ThreatConnect instance. The sync overwrites the Threat Rating, Confidence Rating, Tags, and Attributes for the destination Indicator on the local Owner in the ThreatConnect instance.
