# Cases Metrics Overview

## Overview

**Cases** metrics, one of the four types of Metric cards that can be displayed on a custom dashboard in ThreatConnect®, provide a graphical representation of nine Workflow Cases metrics: **Active Cases**, **Analyst Workload**, **False Positives**, **Mean Time to Detection (MTTD), MTTD Average**, **Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR), MTTR Average**, **Top 10 Case Closing Analyst**, and **Unassigned Cases**. This article discusses how to create and configure a Metric dashboard card for each **Cases**metric.
